Dr. Louis Lim brings over two decades of combined experience in Occupational and Internal Medicine, with board certification in Occupational Medicine and board eligibility in Internal Medicine. A trusted voice in the field, he currently serves on the Industrial Insurance Medical Advisory Committee (IIMAC) and the Advisory Committee on Health Care Innovation and Evaluation (ACHIEv) for Washington State Labor & Industries.
Dr. Lim has held several leadership roles, including Medical Director of Occupational Health Services and the Center of Occupational Health and Education (COHE) at Valley Medical Center, as well as Associate Medical Director for the COHE Alliance of Western Washington. His career reflects a deep commitment to advancing workforce health through evidence-based care, collaborative leadership, and innovation in occupational health delivery.
Dr. Scott Morris is board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, with over two decades of clinical and academic experience. He earned his BSc. from McGill University and completed his medical degree at Albany Medical College. After matching into Neurological Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he completed three years of residency before pursuing his Master of Public Health at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he was inducted into the Public Health Honor Society.
Dr. Morris completed his Occupational Medicine Residency at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. He was later inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), where he continues to contribute as Chair of the Special Interest Section on Underserved Occupational Populations—a role he’s held since 2008. He has served as Medical Director of clinician coaching focusing on patient experience and is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. His career reflects a deep commitment to elevating care for underserved workers, blending surgical insight, public health expertise, and an unwavering dedication to equitable occupational health.
Mr. Midhat Aljic brings exceptional clinical skill and calm under pressure to every patient interaction with over a decade of experience practicing occupational medicine and urgent care in the U.S. He is highly experienced in managing fractures, burns, complex lacerations, and a wide range of acute and chronic conditions often encountered in urgent care and emergency settings.
Before relocating to the United States, Midhat underwent extensive medical and surgical training abroad, where he provided care under wartime conditions—shaping his resilience and compassionate approach to medicine. His diverse background informs a steady, experienced hand and a deep commitment to quality care in high-demand clinical environments.
